Photo & Video Contest
Gaia Enterprises, the manufacturer of Safe Paw™ Ice Melter, is proud to announce the commencement of the annual Faces of Safe Paw Photo & Video Contest. This contest is open to kids ages 5 through 12.
Prize Package
Gaia Enterprises will select two winners*, one between the ages of 5 and 8, and one between 9 and 12. Each winner will receive:
- $5,000 Scholarship
- $500 Charitable Donation
- Flat Screen TV
How does the contest work? Participants must submit either a photo & essay OR video:
Photo & Essay
Take a photo with your pet. Don't forget to smile! Then, in an essay of 100 words or less, tell us about your pet and why it is important to use a product like Safe Paw.
Video
Instead of a photo & essay you can submit a high resolution video of three minutes or less. Tell us about your pet and why it is important to use a product like Safe Paw.
Note: This contest is for kids ages 5-12. Entries must be submitted via Facebook by a parent or guardian.

One goal of the contest is to help raise children's awareness about the importance of using environmentally safe products like Safe Paw. We ask that participants review the pages of our web site and incorporate some of the things that they've learned into the essay or video.
